What if the code doesn't work?
Reply to our email and tell us what happened, before you try redeeming it anywhere else. We'll replace it. Every code is checked as unused before sending, so this is rare.
Will you send me marketing email?
No. Your address is used for this order and nothing else. We don't run a newsletter, we don't sell lists, and there is no box to untick.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before the code is sent. Reply to the confirmation email and say so. Nothing is final until we both agree it.
