What submitting the form means
Submitting the form starts an order request. It costs nothing at that point and commits you to nothing.
It is not a completed purchase and no payment is taken on this site. We will email you and agree the details before anything is due.
What we promise
- Every code is checked as unused before we send it.
- A code sold to you is not sold to anyone else.
- We email you at the address you gave us, and a person reads replies.
If a code does not work
Reply to our email, or write to baba@ccabuy.com, and tell us what happened. We will replace the code or refund you.
Tell us before you redeem it somewhere else — once a code has been redeemed we cannot recover it.
When we may decline
We may decline or cancel a request if we cannot source the code, if the details look automated or fraudulent, or if filling it would break the rules of the brand the code belongs to. You will not be charged in any of those cases.
Brand names
The gift codes we supply are issued by other companies. GiftCodeBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Any brand name used on this site is only there to describe what a code is for.
Limits
We do our best, but we do not promise the site is available without interruption. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the code or refunding what you paid for it.
